Before Sheeting

1. Cargo arrives; quality controller bases on the requirements of "Import & Export Paper & Paperboard Quality Inspection Terms & Conditions" to inspect the roll's conditions.
2. Quality controller bases on the requirements of "Import & Export Paper & Paperboard Quality Inspection Terms & Conditions" to technically test the paper on the aspects of weight, caliper and shading; others like creases, wrinkles and wavy, etc..
3. Paper rolls store in the warehouse and wait for guillotining

Sheeting, Finishing & Packaging

1. Paper rolls move into sheeting plant, which is air-conditioned, to help keeping the temperature and humidity constant.
2. Paper rolls fix on the sheeting machines and start guillotining.
3. Quality controller randomly inspects the quality of sheeted paper.
4. The sheeted paper with sound quality sends to packaging department.
5. Packaging staff uses waterproof wrapper* and bases on customer's request to pack the sheets in ream or in bulk.
6. Finished pallets store in warehouse
7. Cargo-vanning and will deliver or export to customers.
